Everything you need to know before your virtual visit.
About Telehealth Visits
A telehealth visit is a medical appointment conducted by video or phone. You connect face-to-face with Lee Rogers, NP, from your phone, tablet, or computer — no waiting room, no driving, no ER copay.
Book your appointment online, complete a short intake form, and connect with Lee at your scheduled time via secure video. Most visits take 15–20 minutes. If a prescription is needed, it's sent directly to your pharmacy.
For the conditions we treat — upper respiratory infections, UTIs, skin rashes, and medication refills — telehealth is just as effective as an in-person visit. Lee can assess your symptoms, review your history, and prescribe treatment without you leaving home.
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet private space. That's it. You'll receive a secure video link before your appointment.
If Lee determines that your condition requires an in-person evaluation or a higher level of care, she will let you know and provide a referral. Your safety always comes first.
Conditions & Treatment
We treat upper respiratory infections (URI), urinary tract infections (UTI), skin rashes and minor allergic reactions, and medication refills for maintenance prescriptions. If you're unsure whether your condition qualifies, book a visit and Lee will assess.
Our services are currently designed for adult patients (18 and older). If you have questions about a child's symptoms, please contact your pediatrician or visit an urgent care clinic.
Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reactions, or any life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
We can refill many common maintenance medications and bridge prescriptions. We do not prescribe controlled substances (such as opioids, benzodiazepines, or stimulants) via telehealth. If you're unsure whether your medication qualifies, book a visit and Lee will review your history.
Prescriptions & Pharmacy
If a prescription is appropriate, Lee will send it electronically to the pharmacy of your choice during or immediately after your visit. Most patients can pick up their prescription within an hour.
We can send prescriptions to any licensed pharmacy in Alaska, including major chains like Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, and Fred Meyer, as well as local independent pharmacies.
Prescriptions are typically sent to your pharmacy during or within minutes of your visit. Pharmacy processing times vary, but most patients are able to pick up their medication the same evening.
Insurance & Payment
We are a self-pay telehealth service and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a visit summary and receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Visit pricing is listed at the time of booking. Our goal is to keep costs transparent and affordable — typically far less than an urgent care or ER visit.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected at the time of booking.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before your scheduled visit. Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Privacy & Security
Yes. All visits are conducted over a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted video platform. Your health information is protected and never shared without your consent.
Your information is only accessible to Lee Rogers, NP, and is used solely to provide your care. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
